Three years on, police murder investigation continues
The anniversary of the discovery of a gun murder victim in the East End has prompted police to renew their call for people to come forward with information.
Keyoshe Robinson, 22, was discovered fatally shot on the shoreline near the 10th hole of the St George’s Golf Club on May 5, 2022.
Mr Robinson had been reported missing at 5.10pm on the previous day.
He was last seen alive at about 10pm on May 3 in the area of the Town of St George.
Detective Inspector Dean Martin said: “There is someone out there who knows who is responsible for Mr Robinson’s death.”
Police said information on the case can be provided to Mr Martin on 717-2074.
The public can also contact the Serious Crime Unit on 247-1739, or use the independent and confidential Crime Stoppers number, 800-8477.
Police said they were urgently seeking help from anyone who may have seen or heard anything, “no matter how small, particularly in or around the St George’s Golf Club or nearby areas during the relevant time”.
Investigators also wish to speak with anyone who knew of Mr Robinson’s movements prior to the incident.
Mr Martin added: “We urge you to come forward and speak with us or share the information via the other options mentioned.
“The public has been instrumental in helping us solve serious crimes and make breakthroughs in historical cases.
“If you have any information, no matter how minor it may seem, please come forward. Your voice could help bring justice to Keyoshe Robinson and closure to his family.”
Mr Robinson was said to have been dressed in grey sweatpants with a dark-coloured, sleeveless puffy vest, a grey hoodie with black rings around the sleeve cuffs and white sneakers.
