Two sought after attempted robbery on tattoo parlour

An attempted robbery last night in Hamilton by two suspects clothed in black is under police investigation.

The pair targeted the Inksmith Tattoo Shop on King Street shortly before 8.15pm.

Police were told that one suspect carried a knife.

Both wore all-black clothing and black helmets with dark tinted visors, and entered the establishment just as it was about to close for the day.

One of the suspects threatened a male employee before they left empty-handed.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact Detective Constable Quincy Fevriere by calling 515-2599 or e-mailing qfevriere@bps.bm.

The public can also call the Criminal Investigations Unit on 247-1744 or use the independent and confidential Crime Stoppers number, 800-8477.

Information can be shared with a familiar police officer, or through the police community reporting portal online.
