Kaden Hopkins has been named to the Academic All-Star class after a strong season for the Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.In order to be eligible for selection, Hopkins had to have competed in at least one USA Cycling National Championships and have a term grade point average of 3.5 or above.Hopkins claimed the leader’s jersey in the under-23 category at the Vuelta Independencia Stage Race while racing for a Bermuda/Puerto Rico team in the Dominican Republic last month.
