Next week Harrington Sound Primary students will join with school bands across North America to promote music education.As part of the 6th Annual Music Monday, school music programs in US and Canada will hold simultaneous concerts featuring the song ‘Tomorrow is Coming’ by Luke Doucet.Music Monday was launched in 2005 by the Coalition for Music Education in Canada to demonstrate the unifying power of music and promote school music programmes.Students from P1 to P6 will perform locally, with the concert starting at 2pm sharp on the Harrington Sound Primary school field.Useful website: www.musicmonday.ca.
