The US Consulate will host a 24-hour virtual college fair for international youth next week.

EducationUSA will offer informational webcasts and provide access to more than 100 US institutions of higher learning.

“This virtual fair will work like popular online video games; students from overseas will be able to watch webinars and ask questions,” said a US Consulate spokesperson.

Potential students can log on anytime from 5am to 7pm EST on Wednesday to live chat with hundreds of universities, get advice from study abroad experts, and hear about other students’ experiences.

The event includes live webcast sessions with various college admissions representatives and with subject matter experts on the following topics:

— Graduate Admissions and Funding (7am EST)

— Undergraduate Admissions and Funding (8am EST)

— International Students Share Their Experiences (9am EST)

— The US Student Visa Process (10am EST)

— More Opportunities for Success with the GRE (11am EST)

— Choosing the Right University for You (2pm EST)
