An environmental charity called for sponsors to support its second Living Green Expo, set to take place on November 23.

A spokesman for Greenrock said that the event will be the island’s “premier showcase of natural, holistic and sustainable living” featuring businesses, non-profit organisations, schools, entrepreneurs and families.

Eugene Dean, the Greenrock chairman, explained: “The Living Green Expo was designed to be a catalyst for change.

“By bringing people together to share ideas, products and practices, we are helping to build a more sustainable future for Bermuda.

“Sponsorship provides companies with the chance to demonstrate leadership in corporate social responsibility, support community wellbeing and connect with thousands of attendees who are eager to make a difference.”

The expo will feature a diverse line-up of attractions, including a vendor village, live entertainment, a vegan food court, a children’s zone, a zero-emission vehicle showcase and a full roster of mind-body activities such as the 25km bike ride, 5km walk and run, yoga and qigong sessions.

The charity said all of the activities are intended to inspire healthy lifestyles, strengthen community connections and promote environmental stewardship.

Sponsors would be promoted on event signage, media features and digital campaigns along with the vendor village itself, with a range of packages available.
