BUEI to host open house for World Water Day
Children and families can enjoy a range of activities for free at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute on Saturday.
The organisation will host an open house to recognise World Water Day, which is a day later on March 22.
It said that the them for 2026, “Water and Gender”, explores how women “lead, innovate and advocate for equitable access to clean water”.
The BUEI added: “This global movement inspires conversations about leadership, sustainability and the shared responsibility we all have in securing our planet’s future.”
Its open house, to run from 11am until 3pm, will feature sensory play stations, arts and crafts, water-based experiments and several other activities.
Kids Story Hour, set for 11am and 2pm, will include a children’s book and short film about whales.
Visit buei.bm or call 294-0204 for more information or to register for Kids Hour.
