Premier welcomes Fifa vice-president to Cabinet Office

David Burt, the Premier, welcomed Concacaf president and Fifa vice-president Victor Montagliani to Bermuda last weekend.
Burt, along with Owen Darrell, Minister of Tourism, Transport, Culture & Sport, hosted Montagliani at the Cabinet Office in advance of the Bermuda Football Association annual awards ceremony on Saturday night.
Also in attendance was Mark Wade, president of BFA and an executive committee member of the Caribbean Football Union.
Montagliani and Burt exchanged gifts with a Concacaf-branded football being handed to the Premier, who in turn handed a model of a Gombey to the visiting official, who also handed out some prizes at the awards ceremony later in the evening.
