Quincy Hunt appointed Southampton Rangers coach
Southampton Rangers have pulled off a major coup after appointing Quincy Hunt as their new coach.
Hunt was unhappy to replaced by Cecoy Robinson at PHC last month after two seasons in charge, which included winning the Premier Division in his first campaign.
Makai Jacobs, Rangers vice-president, expressed his excitement about Hunt’s decision to lead the First Division side’s technical team, which he takes over from Keith Jennings.
“As Southampton Rangers, we are thrilled to welcome Quincy Hunt as our new coach,” Jacobs said.
“His proven experience in developing elite players, tactical innovation and his dynamic training methods align perfectly with the standards we demand at this club.
“This marks an exciting new chapter for Rangers and with Hunt’s expertise we’re confident he will drive the progress and discipline needed to elevate our team.
“His approach mirrors the ambition and culture we’re building. Here’s to a strong future together.”
Hunt is delighted to be given the chance to lead the Rangers team and is predicting big things for the club.
“I would like to thank the executive and Rangers family for welcoming me to be a part of building something important to their community through football,” the coach said.
“Working together we can accomplish a lot of great things.”
