Gombey Warriors to face Jamaica and Curaçao in September
The Bermuda Football Association has announced the dates for the 2026 Fifa World Cup final qualifying round to be played during the September international window.
The Gombey Warriors will kick off their crucial campaign when they host regional powerhouses Jamaica at Flora Duffy Stadium on September 5 before facing Curaçao four days later at the Ergilio Hato Stadium in Willemstad.
Trinidad & Tobago are the remaining team in group B, which will see teams play each other on a home-and-away basis spread across three international windows from September to November.
Bermuda advanced to this stage of World Cup qualifiers with a 2-1 away victory against Cuba last month, finishing second in the group behind Honduras.
The island’s chances of qualifying for a first World Cup finals received a boost when Nahki Wells, now a Luton Town player, announced his intention to rejoin the national set-up.
Tickets for the home match against Jamaica will be available for purchase exclusively on GPass.bm in the coming weeks, with additional details regarding ticket tiers and prices to be released shortly via the BFA’s social-media platforms.
