Sister Act
Based on the iconic 1992 musical-comedy film, the Gilbert and Sullivan Society of Bermuda presents Sister Act. Attendees are in for a stage show with powerful music and energetic dance routines performed by local talent. This week is the grand opening but the viewings are available until October 17. While this is a family-friendly show, there is a content warning for children under the age of 12. The play touches upon themes of friendship, sisterhood and music. Grace — The Stage Play
An original stage adaptation by Patricia Pogson-Nesbitt, Grace follows the “cursed” history of a family of women through five generations of growth and economic development whose life experiences are repeated from generation to generation, but ends with the hope stemming from questions posed by the youngest in the family. Opening night takes place on Thursday evening with additional performances available until Sunday. Additional details can be found online.

Atlantic Voices
This weekend is the opening of a group art exhibition presented by Black Pony Gallery and Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art. Six contemporary artists from islands such as the Azores, Bermuda and the Bahamas will have their art on display. Focusing on the concept of the culture and identity that shapes island communities the artists share their unique perspectives through a diverse range of mediums. The exhibition will be able for viewing until December 5 but opens this weekend with a reception.

Move Your Feet for Autism
Tomorrow Voices invites the public to join for afternoon of physical activity and supporting the community at its fourth annual Move Your Feet for Autism walk. Coinciding with its 19th anniversary this month, it is celebrating with a 5K family walk fundraiser. The walk begins at the charity's facility at the former TN Tatem Middle School building, Warwick, where there will be also be a lap course around the school field for those who prefer a gentler option. The afternoon will also feature local vendors, music and a fun castle.

The Edible Movie
Embark on an evening blending cinema and cuisine at Fort Hamilton with The Edible Movie. An experiential movie viewing guests will get to enjoy a screening of the animated classic movie Ratatouille while being served dishes inspired by the film as they appear on the screen. Guests will be enjoy multiple courses of French-inspired cuisine and wine as they take in a movie under the stars. This event offers a family friendly experience during the day and an adults-only screening in the evening. Additional information can be found online.
