Health Insurance Department office closed
The Health Insurance Department will not serve customers in person during the week starting today.
The office, which is located at 48 Church Street, Sofia House, 2nd Floor, will provide support for policyholder and provider claims submission and client services via phone and email.

Premium payments can be made online via HSBC or Bank of Butterfield or over the phone by calling 295-9210.
Claim reimbursements will continue for all claims received electronically and can be made by e-mailing email@example.com
Business hours are 8:30am to 5pm, with payments accepted from 8:45am to 4:30pm.
