Police commissioner abroad for 'personal reasons'
Commissioner of Police Stephen Corbishley is overseas for personal reasons, it was confirmed yesterday.
A police spokesman said Darrin Simons, the deputy commissioner, had taken over the top job on a temporary basis.
The Official Gazette said Mr Simons’ appointment would run to October 3.
Government House declined to comment.
