A woman was taken to hospital yesterday after her car collided with a fence.

The 38-year-old driver was taken to the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, but her injuries were said to be “not life-threatening” by police.

The incident happened about 1pm on South Shore Road, east of the entrance to Devonshire Bay.

Traffic on South Shore Road was delayed while the scene was cleared.
