The Office of the Ombudsman for Bermuda
The Office of the Ombudsman for Bermuda is experiencing technical difficulties that have affected incoming e-mail.
Any new complaints or queries can be sent to the office at gcasimons@ombudsman.bm.
The technical issues have disrupted the office website, rendering the e-mails sent through the complaint portal undelivered.
E-mails sent to complaint@ombudsman.bm and info@ombudsman.bm are also undelivered.
Those with existing complaints or queries that have been assigned to an investigations officer can be sent to them directly.
The Office of the Ombudsman can also be contacted by phone at 296-6541 or in-person at Suite 102, 14 Dundonald Street West, Hamilton.
