Little Angels to close next month
A thrift store in Washington Mall will close next month after two years in business, Friends of Hospice announced.
The charity will offer 50 per cent off all priced items and “extreme bargains” on seasonal children’s clothing from its store Little Angels until the end of next month.
All funds raised will go towards the charity’s mission of supporting hospice and palliative care on the island.
Any stock remaining after the closure of the store late next month will be donated to other local charitable organisations.
The charity launched the Brian Morris Palliative Care Scholarship, which provides up to $25,000 annually to Bermudians studying medicine or nursing, earlier this month.
The organisation’s 30th anniversary celebrations will take place later this year and it will announce new developments soon.
Little Angels, located on the ground level of the Washington Mall, specialises in children’s clothing, toys and parenting supplies. The store is open from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturday.
