Police name man in Warwick sudden-death case

A deceased man found by police in a car yesterday morning has been named as Jose Brandão Paiva.
The body of Mr Paiva, who was reported missing on Sunday, was discovered in the driver’s seat of the vehicle on Tribe Road No 6 at about 9.15am, after a report of an unresponsive man.
Mr Paiva, 68, was said to be a Portuguese national.
A police spokesman said a doctor attended the scene and certified the death, which was not deemed to be suspicious.
Police gave condolences to Mr Paiva’s family.
