Hundreds took to the streets of Hamilton for the 20th annual WindReach Walk and Roll fundraiser at the weekend.

Tammalita Joseph, WindReach’s fund development manager, said the event raised more than $20,000 for the charity on Sunday.

The funds will go to support programmes to enrich the quality of life for individuals with diverse support needs

Ms Joseph highlighted that the Williams Family raised more than $4,000 in memory of their daughter, Shalimar Gina, a former WindReach participant.

She thanked all volunteers and donors, as well as sponsors Clarien Bank and Butterfield & Vallis, for their support.
