Public Service veteran to lead Department of Energy
A new Director of Energy for the Ministry of Home Affairs has been announced by Cherie Whitter, the Head of the Public Service.
Adrian Dill comes with 30 years of combined experience across the private and public sectors, including 12 years in Bermuda’s energy and fuel industries.
He has held senior roles at Belco and Rubis Energy Bermuda.
Mr Dill, who is to work under the policy direction of the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Home Affairs, will conduct strategic leadership for the energy department.
He started his career in the Public Service as an energy policy analyst. Other roles include Acting Assistant Director of Public Transportation and Acting Director of Energy.
Mr Dill holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree.
He is a chartered engineer and a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
