All real estate licensees have until tomorrow to renew their applications for the 2025-26 period.

A government spokeswoman strongly encouraged applicants to submit applications by this deadline, even if some documents are outstanding, and to indicate any pending items in their submission to ensure their licence remains active.

She said: “Applications received after September 20 may be considered late and could result in a lapse of licence if not properly documented or submitted within the grace period.”
