People can vote for their favourite Christmas-themed window display in Hamilton starting today.

A spokeswoman said 17 businesses, ranging from retailers to restaurants, are taking part in the City Christmas Window Decorating Contest this year.

Talisa McGlashan, Hamilton’s marketing co-ordinator, said: “The contest is about more than decorations, it’s about building a festive spirit that draws people into the city and reminds them why Hamilton is the heart of Bermuda, especially during the holiday season.

“Every window tells a story, and together those stories create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages people to shop local, explore and celebrate together.

“We can’t wait to see how businesses light up the city this year.”

A panel of five judges will choose the best Christmas Window, while members of the public can vote for the People’s Choice winner.
