LF Wade wins two awards from Airports Council International
LF Wade International Airport has been named the cleanest and most enjoyable airport in the region by the Airports Council International.
A Skyport spokeswoman said that the airport took home two awards at the 2025 ACI Airport Service Quality Customer Experience Awards, including its second consecutive most enjoyable airport award for the Latin American and the Caribbean region.
She added: “These distinctions, based directly on passenger feedback, affirm Bermuda’s airport as one of the region’s leading gateways, celebrated for its warm atmosphere, smooth operations and commitment to delivering a journey that reflects the island’s hospitality.”
Aaron Adderley, the president of Skyport, said: “These awards are especially meaningful because they reflect the voices of the people who travel through our doors every day.
“As Bermuda’s gateway, we take great pride in creating an environment that feels welcoming, comfortable and true to the spirit of our island.
“This recognition belongs to the entire airport community. Every agency, every partner and every team member.
“It inspires us to keep raising our standards and aspiring to deliver a level of service that Bermuda can be proud of.”
Justin Ervacci, the director general of ACI World, said the award underscored the airport’s work to continuously enhancing the end-to-end passenger experience.
He added: “This achievement underscores the airport’s role in delivering reliable, high-quality service across every touchpoint.”
