Property owners now have until March 31 to submit revaluation forms to ensure their rental values are accurate and up to date.

The Government extended the original deadline for the forms, which property owners are required to submit under the Land Valuation and Tax Act 1967, from February 28.

A spokeswoman said the online form “is secure and private, gives you confirmation right away and records a digital signature to help keep the information correct”.

She added: “All information submitted is confidential and used solely for the purpose of the revaluation.”

Property owners should submit forms via gov.bm/2026-revaluation and, for more information, should contact the Department of Land Valuation on 292-7964 (option 0) or landval@gov.bm, or visit the department on the second floor of Global House on Church Street.
