FoodHub gets behind the cause with donation to Home

FoodHub raised more than $2,500 towards working to end homelessness on the island.

Restaurant staff recently presented a cheque for $2,579, raised during the Agricultural Exhibition, to the charity Home.

Omar Dill, case manager at Home’s Black Circle location, as well as FoodHub staff members Nelda Bean and Rohit Sharma, attended the cheque presentation.

A statement said: “FoodHub has previously partnered with Home by supporting clients with employment opportunities, and they expressed gratitude to the community for making this contribution possible.”
