Team Bermuda has officially arrived at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

Tiara DeRosa carried the Bermuda flag while Caitlyn Bobb proudly carried the King’s Baton as Bermuda crossed the stage during the Parade of Nations at the 2026 opening ceremony.

They were joined by chef de mission Donna Raynor and team official Jarita Vickers, president of Bermuda National Athletics Association and team leader at the Games as they represented the island on the world stage.

Bermuda’s Commonwealth Games team is made up of 13 athletes but the swimmers opted not to take part in the parade as they are competing on Friday morning and there is a lack of transportation back to their hotels.

A number of athletes are arriving in Glasgow later during the event while high jumper Sakari Famous missed the opening ceremony because her flight from the United States was cancelled.
