New X-ray equipment has been installed at the Lamb Foggo Urgent Care Centre in St David’s.
The Bermuda Hospitals Board said the installation was part of “the planned upgrade and replacement project of all of BHB’s diagnostic imaging equipment”.
Terrica Smith, the manager of imaging services, said X-ray services at the UCC will resume for March 21 and 22, and continue every weekend going forward.
She added: “The equipment replaced was over 15 years old.
“This necessary upgrade supports our continued commitment to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality diagnostic imaging services.”
