Chambers Global recognises CD&P as Band 1 offshore firm
Conyers Dill & Pearman has again been recognised as a Band 1 offshore firm in Chambers Global, one of the world's foremost guides to the legal profession. In addition to noting the firm's distinction and international capability, Chambers praised Conyers for its “highly regarded team of lawyers and top-notch client service.”
“Across four jurisdictions, eight offices and numerous practice areas, we continue to provide our clients with thoughtful advice and innovative solutions,” said Narinder Hargun, firm co-chair, Conyers Dill & Pearman. “These rankings are a reflection of that.”
Conyers' Bermuda office was once again ranked in Band 1 in the Corporate & Finance category, with David Cooke and Graham Collis receiving top-tier individual rankings. The office also received a Band 1 ranking for its Dispute Resolution practice, with Narinder Hargun named a star individual, the highest ranking one can receive. Alec Anderson was recognised in Band 1 in the directory's International Private Client category.
Other highlights of Conyers' performance include the recommendation of 35 of its professionals across six practice areas as well as Band 1 endorsements in the British Virgin Islands Corporate & Finance and Dispute Resolution categories.
“Year after year, we are recognised for being first class in our practice areas and in our individual lawyer rankings,” said David Lamb, firm co-chair, Conyers Dill & Pearman. “The recognition for all our lawyers in Chambers Global is a great achievement.”
Earlier this year, Chambers released its Asia-Pacific and UK guides, which also recommended Conyers for its strong offshore work in those markets.
Chambers and Partners has been publishing its global directory since 1999, covering the legal markets of over 180 countries and identifying leading lawyers and law firms through interviews conducted with thousands of legal professionals and clients. Inclusion in the rankings is based solely upon findings from Chambers' team of 140 full-time researchers.
