Teneo expands operations into Eastern Caribbean
Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm with operations in Bermuda, has appointed Brian Glasgow, David Collins and David Holukoff to key senior positions, expanding its financial advisory presence into the Eastern Caribbean.
The firm said this strategic expansion establishes Teneo as the largest financial advisory business in the Caribbean, building on the acquisitions of KPMG’s Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands restructuring businesses in 2022.
Bermudian-based Mike Morrison, co-chairman, International Financial Centres, said: “With the addition of this exceptional team, our clients now have access to the most experienced insolvency and financial advisory team in the Eastern Caribbean.
“Their deep regional expertise and network of relationships — combined with Teneo’s global presence — allow us to deliver unparalleled advisory services to clients around the world.”
Mr Glasgow joins as chairman of the Eastern Caribbean. He is based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, where he holds an insolvency practitioners licence.
Mr Collins joins as a managing director, based in Barbados.
Mr Holukoff joins as a managing director, based in Grenada.
Teneo said these newly appointed leaders will join efforts with Kent McParland, a director with its regional team, to add further strength to the Eastern Caribbean offering. The firm said Mr McParland has particular expertise in the British Virgin Islands, Antigua and Barbuda.
