Conyers Trust Services Bermuda has been shortlisted in three categories for the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards 2025.

The company said the nominations highlights the firm’s commitment to professional development and its efforts in empowering individuals to thrive in their roles.

The shortlisted categories include: Best Employer – Career Progression; Inspirational Individual of the Year – Trey Tucker; and, Future Leader Initiative of the Year – Trey Tucker.

Conyers Trust Services said that as the longest standing offshore trust firm in Bermuda, it has built a reputation for excellence grounded in continuous growth.

Around 70 per cent of the trust services team are either Step-qualified or are currently enrolled in the programme.

A notable example of career progression at the firm is Mr Tucker, senior trust administrator, who has been nominated in two categories

He joined the firm as a trainee and, after completing the training programme within 12 months, was promoted to trust administrator. In April, following consistent performance and demonstrated potential, he advanced to his current role.
