The Departments of Labour and Workforce Development are now operating from the same new space on Church Street, the Government has advised.

A spokesman said the Department of Labour has permanently moved to the third floor of Sofia House on 48 Church Street.

Everyone seeking labour-related assistance can should visit the department at this location, where Workforce Development also operates as it prepares to permanently relocate to the Bermuda College campus.

Jason Hayward, the Minister of Economy and Labour, told MPs yesterday that rent for this space is expected to cost $208,000, from the Department of Labour’s $1.44 million budget for 2026-27.
