March 22, 2011Dear Sir,Why is Devon Spring Road, a public road, still closed?The roadblocks have been there for years and the supposedly dangerous wall still waits to be fixed. I guess “the right people” don’t live in the area so Government feels no need to make the road accessible from South Road.I wonder when action will be taken? Perhaps they’re waiting for part of the hill to collapse onto someone who frequents the businesses there. Walkers and people on motorbikes still use that section of the hill so maybe after the hill crumbles beneath them, Government will deem the hill worthy of repair.Opening up the road should be a fairly simple matter, but I guess even that is beyond the abilities of the current Government.DISGUSTEDDevonshire
