The situation where innocents along with the guilty are being gunned down in our island home has to stop. When are the powers to be going to address this situation head on? The perpetrators of these shootings don’t give a hoot when being talked to.Gang members going to Westgate on holiday, where they can continue to smoke herb and buy other illegal drugs must stop. Our elected officials (we will consider anti-gang legislation) are not good enough. It’s time to stop considering and do something. Raise the penalties for firearm possession immediately. Change the law so as not to allow parole for these violent criminals. Again it’s time to stop talking and take action, enough is enough. Elected officials; stop dragging your feet, surely you must realise what drastic measures must be taken. Introduce them now and stop talking.NEED ACTION NOWWarwick
