June 11, 2011Dear Sir,I read that Ms Furbert has apologised for the remarks she made earlier regarding “Proud To Be A Bermudian”. That is to her credit.Could she not have focused on the good that will surely come from the proceeds of sale, in that the monies go to public schools? Is her heart so full of hate that all she can ever see are the downsides with everything in life?When she speaks, she does so on behalf of the Government and her party, even when speaking as a private citizen. It is, perhaps, no wonder some people hate and mistrust the PLP and all that it stands for. Some in the PLP must shake their heads at times in wonderment.SMITH’S
