July 28, 2011Dear Sir,As a former chief shop steward of the BIU, I'm amazed but not surprised at the latest headline in the Worker's Voice. The WV attacked Raymond Russell, former BIU chief shop steward at the old Sonesta. Mr Editor the BIU has much more serious issues to deal with in these struggling times. I urge and encourage Mr Russell to keep on lobbying for the members of the BIU particularly in the line of the finances and the staff at the BIU. I also urge Mr Fahy of the OBA  to keep on his request of the BIU for accountability. It's people like Raymond Russell, Mr Fahy and others will in the long run be appreciated by members and former members.FORMER SHOP STEWARDWarwick
