And as the Telecommunications Commision is about to meet, will they stage an enquiry as to whether the Bermuda CableVision is in contempt of its obligations, as with designations such as with PBS Chanel ‘5’, which rarely fulfils a full day’s screening? Plus the numerous changes that are made to programmes and channels without notice? Similarly the sound volumes which either blast your ears or are so reduced in volume one needs the help of a hearing aid!Yet capping them all, is the phone when their operators are “too busy” to answer your call, especially at 5.15pm on Saturdays or indeed at 9pm on Sundays; yet be followed with the instruction to hold please ‘being as your call will be answered in the order it was received!WP SCOTTSouthampton
