November 8, 2011Dear Sir,A couple of weeks ago I went to Bull's Head car wash and as I was getting close to entering the car wash realized that although my mirror (which I had snapped off a few months ago) was glued on, it would likely not survive a car wash. The gentlemen operating the car wash tried his best to assure that it would stay on by turning off the first set of brushes which I thought was very nice of him. Unfortunately, it did fall off again (hanging by the wires) despite his valiant efforts! But the best part of the story is that when I got to the drying section the owner came out and was consulting with me on what glue to get, not only that, he actually walked me across the street to show me the glue so I could get it. But WAIT when they didn't have the glue he offered to get it for me at Gorhams and glue it on himself in my parking garage later that day (above and beyond to say the least).Times are tough for Bull's Head Car Wash, but Mr Car Wash said he doesn't blame anyone and understands... well I say that we need to support people that understand that good business means going the extra mile for a customer and that good customer service is likely to one, get the customer to come back and two, get them to tell their friends to go their too!
