Internet service improvedDecember 19, 2011Dear Sir,When I signed up for Northrock wireless Internet I paid $80 per month. Eight years later, I am paying the same but getting access speeds four times as fast.Certainly, I would pay less in the USA or Europe but, bearing in mind the transport costs and import duty on all of the technical equipment, and the small population over which operating costs must be spread, we in Bermuda should really be thankful to all of the local telecoms companies, rather than forever making meaningless comparisons.Only connect,ANDREW R DOBLEHamilton Parish
