Not a parent’s faultDecember 16, 2011Dear Sir,Allow me to address this false statement by saying, a parent can only teach a child so much. If the parent teaches a child wrong, the child will grow up wrong. If you teach the child right, hopefully he or she will come out right. If the parent teaches the child right, and the child still, as he or she gets older, does wrong, it’s no longer the parent’s fault. That now adult, takes full responsibility for their actions and to keep worrying about such individuals continually, will only make you sick.I’m not saying don’t feel bad for what ends up happening to them in the long run, but remember that they chose to go down the evil path alone and must suffer the punishment. Only then will they learn, even if what they face they’ll wish they never allowed themselves to get caught up in the first place.NOT ALWAYS THE PARENT’S FAULTDevonshire
