Something’s got to give

A lack of humilityDecember 20, 2011Dear Sir,I would like to address a concern about bus operators and their lack of humility. I have two children who catch the bus on a daily basis to and from school. On numerous occasions, they have told me that bus drivers have refused my son access to the West End bus because he is a Sandys Secondary student. Sandys doesn’t have a bus going to Dockyard and I have always seen Sandys children getting on the West End bus (depending on the driver).Help me to understand why he can’t get on the same bus going to Dockyard with his sibling without being harassed or made to feel that he is doing something wrong?I think we as adults need to either check ourselves or find a job that makes you happy. If you don’t like it, get out! And if you treat children like trash I can only imagine how you treat tourists!Remember you reap what you sow.Another concern, why do the buses not take people to Dockyard? If the bus says Somerset they drop people off at Watford Bridge and continue to the bus Depot in Dockyard? Where are we living! And then when you ask the bus driver to take you to Dockyard, it’s like the bus is their own transportation. Or not their job! Then in the morning, the bus goes across people in Dockyard, parks at Watford Bridge roundabout and starts its day from there??I don’t know what’s going on in Bermy. But something’s got to give.Whoever is the Minister of Transport, you need to have this fixed. Remember we voted you in! We can vote you out!CONCERNED PARENTSandys
