We could bring it in ourselves from NY and save $400, even with 35 percent duty. But no, we’ll support Bermuda and buy locally. We pay our 50% deposit at the istore seven to ten days delivery. It’s the middle of December and we’re phoning every couple of days “it’s on it’s way”. It’s the week before Christmas and we’re phoning every day “It will be here tomorrow”. It’s the 23rd of December, and no one is answering the phone “all our assistants are busy”. We go to the store “it will be arriving this afternoon”. Finally get through on the phone at 8pm “sorry your laptop hasn’t arrived. I will have a word with my staff to find out why we didn’t follow up earlier when we missed our seven to ten day delivery timeline.
