GP?car was not needed

The Government car GP038 was parked outside the Wesley Methodist Church for five consecutive days.
February 23, 2012Dear Sir,If a Government car can remain parked on the street for five days then it is blatantly obvious that neither the driver, or the Department responsible, require that car to perform their daily functions. If it did, then surely either the driver, or a mechanic from PWD, could have fixed the flat tyre. How many other GP cars aren’t really necessary other than to be used as a second car for the driver?WJGHamilton Parish
