July 12, 2012Dear Sir,One of the shortcomings of the present Health Care system is the fact that it is almost impossible to provide exact descriptions for each and every medical procedure or condition.For example at least one procedure code apparently does not specify whether one eye or two is covered. This omission is being taken advantage of by certain service providers to fatten their bottom lines.In this day and age where patients are already struggling under the heavy burden of health care, it is most unfair that they should be subjected to these added and unreasonable costs!CYCLOPSPaget
