It seems just like the 2007 election when the Progressive Labour Party took United Bermuda Party comments out of context, twisted them to mean nothing like the original statement then paid to get them printed in the ‘enemy’ media. The PLP have no meaningful record to promote as a reason for re-election, at least not from the last five years anyway based upon the amount of our money and borrowed money they spent to achieve their few successes. We are in the worst economic position and the worst unemployment situation we have ever known so the PLP are doing what they do best, promoting a negative and divisive campaign, just like 2007. The PLP are putting a positive spin on their reversals of past election giveaways. Promoting the reversal of their own bad policy decisions as leadership. Twisting the truth and distorting every positive statement by the One Bermuda Alliance into a perceived negative and continue to call the OBA the reincarnated UBP. Tell me, just how many UBP politicians and UBP party leaders crossed the floor to join the PLP? Is the PLP now the new UBP? In short the PLP are doing everything they can to deflect voter attention away from their abysmal record and the dire position Bermuda and her people are in.STANDING STRONG?Pembroke
