December 9, 2012Dear Sir,I recently sent in two separate e-mail inquiries to Parliamentary Registrar Randy Scott. Mr Scott personally answered both of my e-mails within hours, including one sent on Sunday (today). Mr Scott also happened to be manning the customer service counter when I came in. His demeanour left me with an excellent impression. Mr Scott is a true gentleman and I commend him for really caring about his job! I sent him the following thank you letter by e-mail:Dear Mr Scott,Thank you for answering my e-mail so quickly and on a Sunday night too! I’m extremely impressed by your handling of my inquiries and the fact that you took the time and trouble to answer them personally, let alone on a Sunday. I hope the Government recognises you for the excellent and caring service that you are providing us Bermudians. My thanks for the best Government service I have ever received!
