February 15, 2013Dear Sir,For the Government to allow foreign children to work at summer jobs without a work permit is a slap in the face to local Bermudians. In fact, this is a diss which shouldn’t be allowed and if the Governor isn’t going to step in to try and stop this madness, what chance do the rest of us stand? If the Premier is allowing such insanity to continue it’s obvious how those who follow politics obviously feel. What’s in it for local youngsters looking for jobs to earn money for themselves? The Government should be ashamed of themselves fully for pulling such a stunt as stupid as this.
