August 29, 2013Dear Sir,Why does Belco bill out larger number of days for the summertime? Example, my bill, in number of days, for July — August 2013 was 36 days and laster year it was 35 days. I thought most months had 31 days. I know that next month it will be less, but pensioners have a hard time coming up with an extra $100 — $125. Do they need to generate extra cash flow for this period of time? idea, why don’t they program their computers to bill out 31 days for the months of January, February, March, November and December. Then bill out 30 days for the months of April, May, June, July, August, September and October? I think that adds up to 365 days. What is their excuse for this billing practice?LLPaget
