Our weak traffic laws

Dear Sir,

If Bermuda is only 21 square miles, do we really need any four muffler cars? (I doubt it as Bermuda’s roads, are only two lanes plus they’re not necessarily highways, besides East Broadway nor is the speed limit 50mph). Strangely enough though, the Transport Control Department continuously passes any car (including a grey Volkswagen with pink disk brakes) that has four mufflers. Such cars, shouldn’t be passed and yet they are (what is it, such cars are driven by women/that’s why they’re not being failed?) That’s a sexist discrimination act as some motorbikes ridden by men, are often failed because of a loud muffler or, because it’s too fast … correct me if I’m wrong but, what’s slow about a four muffler car Wouldn’t that be considered fast as well?

Bermuda has the weakest traffic laws ever! Having dark-tint on a car’s considered illegal yet, that same car could show up at TCD (without the tint), get passed and the tint shows up again. Now considering there must be TCD instructors who drive around Bermuda on an off day, wouldn’t one notice some of those cars they passed w/o the tint, are bound to have tint on them? Well duh, unless they’re blind! TCD instructors ought to write down license plate numbers, or words or, or even symbols at this point so that next time, they’ll know who to check more closely.
