Not a pleasant way to be treated

Dear Sir,
My husband and I have visited Bermuda many times over the years and just this week came for a few days to renew our acquaintance. We are very fond of the Island and appreciate the warmth and helpfulness of its residents, so it was an unpleasant surprise when today, hoping to visit the Masterworks collection, we asked the number 2 bus driver to let us know when our stop came up. She failed to do so, and I am sad to report that it was probably because she was chatting with a friend and driving with one hand on the wheel. We had to cancel our plan. The driver did not even apologise for her oversight. This is no way to treat visitors to Bermuda.
