Promises broken with delay of drug reform

Dear Sir,

I wish to bring to your attention a community concern about the delay in the decriminalisation of small amounts of the herb marijuana.

It is the opinion in my community that delays of implementation by the OBA, PLP, CS, and lack of action indicates that their interests are different from the grassroots community. As the credibility of the government continues to go down as the promises are broken by delay of the implementation of marijuana reforms, we plan to have our own community referendum.

The global liberalisation of herbal marijuana has been a response to the majority of the people's demand for change.
