Motorists, be safe and not sorry

Dear Sir,

I am gravely concerned with the increasing number of people driving with their hand outside the car window.

I vividly recall an incident, as a lady drove her car with her hand outside her car window, how a truck drove close to her car and ripped off her right arm.

That was a very painful experience. Let's practise safety and save your limbs.
